Young talent: international graduate recruitment programme launched

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division launches I'M IN Graduate Program, an international programme for the recruitment of 10 young recent university graduates who will have access to an 18-month intensive training programme.

The initiative aims to select the top talent to be included in a circuit of experiences in Italy and abroad useful in forging the bank’s leadership of tomorrow.

“The programme is further confirmation of our commitment to the professional orientation of young people through strategic initiatives that allow us to convey – particularly to recent graduates – the richness of the professions, skills and values that set us apart.”
