Young talent: international graduate recruitment programme launched
Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division launches I'M IN Graduate Program, an international programme for the recruitment of 10 young recent university graduates who will have access to an 18-month intensive training programme.
The initiative aims to select the top talent to be included in a circuit of experiences in Italy and abroad useful in forging the bank’s leadership of tomorrow.

The young people selected will be hired under permanent contracts at the London or Milan offices, as Analysts in the Global Markets and Advisory & ESG teams. They will also have the opportunity to participate in a custom growth programme that will lead them to work with international and cross-functional rotations.
The requirements include:
- a bachelor's degree in economics, finance and quant disciplines
- excellent proficiency in the English language
- openness to international mobility
