Intesa Sanpaolo, through the Fondo Sei (Sviluppo ecosistemi innovativi) fund of Neva Sgr, the Group's venture capital company, has taken part in the 'Venture Builder di Filiera Nautica e Logistico-Portuale' project, promoted by CDP Venture Capital and dedicated to the digital transition of Italian SMEs operating in the nautical and logistical-port sectors.

The aim of the project is to create 10 new companies in 3 years, that will develop products and services in the shipbuilding, yachting, cruise and port logistics sectors, helping to bridge technology gaps and keep SMEs operating in the sector competitive.

Investors, leading companies and institutions such as the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region, the Municipality of Genoa, the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, Friulia, Confindustria Genoa, Bridgemaker, Cariplo Factory, Fincantieri, and PSA Italy are also taking part in the initiative.
