6 March 2025

Intesa Sanpaolo opens nominations for the 9th edition of the "Women Value Company" award dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises that invest in female talent by promoting:

  • gender equality
  • development of female employment and entrepreneurship
  • diversity and innovation within the production system

Indeed, Intesa Sanpaolo has long been committed to the development of female talent and inclusiveness in the world of work, the effects of which favour business growth and productivity.

Intesa Sanpaolo also makes €1 billion of credit available to support the start-up and strengthening of women's entrepreneurship – in line with the NRRP missions – to maximise the contribution of women to Italy’s economic and social development. The measure is dedicated to women's enterprises starting up a new business or investing in strengthening their business, acting on areas such as digitisation, innovation and skills expansion.

"Our commitment over the last few years has focused on identifying solutions and tools that can help women-led businesses grow, promoting female employment, focusing on innovation and globalisation, as well as welfare and social inclusion policies. This is why we are reserving an additional billion to support the investments of these companies that enhance female talent and are decisive in national and international competition, by valuing and showcasing the very best success stories"

Anna Roscio, Executive Director Sales & Marketing Enterprises Intesa Sanpaolo
