Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, has participated, alongside a pool of banks, in a financing of up to €375 million for EuroGroup Laminations (EGLA), a global leader in the design, production and distribution of laminations and cores for e-motors, generators and transformers.

The financing is part of a broader process of rationalisation and optimisation of EGLA’s financial structure. The transaction also provides for margin adjustment mechanisms based on both on the Group’s financial profile and on the achievement of specific sustainability performance indicators.

Intesa Sanpaolo continues to support companies in their paths toward sustainable growth, innovation and strengthened competitiveness in international markets.
