Intesa Sanpaolo for the fourth year in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

Intesa Sanpaolo was included for the fourth consecutive year in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) 2021, obtaining a score of 82.1%, well above the average of the global financial sector - equal to 68.2% - and that of Italian companies - equal to 66.77%.

The five parameters according to which the Bloomberg index has measured companies are: female leadership and talent pipeline, pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment prevention policies and the recognition as a brand that promotes gender equality.  

The Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index globally analyzes the performance of the main listed companies in promoting and supporting gender equality and is one of the most coveted international indexes in the field of Diversity & Inclusion.

This achievement adds to the recent announcement of being one of the 100 most sustainable listed companies in the world - third bank in Europe - for the fifth consecutive year, out of over 8,000 companies analyzed in the environmental, social and governance fields, according to the Corporate Knights ranking, the Canadian magazine specialized in sustainability.
