Intesa Sanpaolo renews its commitment to the promotion of sustainable development models by financing 30 circular economy projects in Southern Italy for a value of approximately €100 million.

The virtual roadshow of 8 webinars dedicated to business customers entitled “Circular Economy: an opportunity for the relaunch of Italian companies”, organised by Intesa Sanpaolo and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, the Group company specialising in innovation and digital transformation, also started in Southern Italy. The webinar was attended by approximately 150 southern Italian companies.

Intesa Sanpaolo has allocated a credit facility of €6 billion to support SMEs at the best conditions.

It has also provided a new credit solution called the Sustainability Loan: a €2 billion credit facility to support SMEs seeking to improve environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
