Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania is “Bank of the Year for Banking in the Community”

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania has been awarded "Bank of the Year for Banking in the Community" by The Banker, the respected Financial Times Group publication.

The award is dedicated to the most innovative initiatives promoted by financial institutions with the aim of enriching and improving the societies in which they operate.

The "Bank of the Year for Banking in the Community" award recognizes Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania’s support to local communities during the pandemic, including the promotion of financial education for young people and raising their awareness of the circular economy. Initiatives also included supporting the needs of entrepreneurial women and contributing to the economic empowerment of women.  

The Banker’s 2021 “Bank of the Year Awards” also recognized Intesa Sanpaolo as “Bank of the Year in Italy”.
