Eco-cert issues a 2mln minibond

ECO Certificazioni issues a €2 million minibond subscribed by Intesa Sanpaolo

Intesa Sanpaolo has subscribed a €2 million minibond issued by ECO Certificazioni SpA to strengthen the company and support its development strategies both organically – including from a green perspective – and through possible acquisitions.

The financing for ECO Certifications is 40% guaranteed by Italy's Central Guarantee Fund and will have a duration of 6 years. Intesa Sanpaolo acted as arranger of the transaction and the bonds were fully subscribed by the Bank.
