For the second consecutive year, Intesa Sanpaolo has been ranked at the top of LinkedIn's Top Companies list, confirming its position as the best company in Italy at which to develop one's career and grow professionally.

LinkedIn's Top Companies 2022 rankings, which include the 25 companies Italians consider the workplaces with the best career prospects, is compiled based on seven key elements:

  • advancement capacity
  • increased skills
  • company stability
  • corporate affinity
  • gender diversity
  • variety of educationalbackgrounds
  • external opportunity.

First place in the LinkedIn Top Companies rankings recognises Intesa Sanpaolo's commitment to its people through an integrated ESG strategy that includes innovative ways of organising work, one of the largest, deepest second-level welfare systems and inclusion and parenting projects: a commitment in line with the new 2022-2025 Business Plan, which identifies the Group's people as a decisive factor for its success.

Intesa Sanpaolo was recently recognised as one of the best employers in Italy by the Top Employers Institute, a global body that certifies excellence in human resources.

The Group has announced the hiring of 4,600 people by 2025, including 2,000 in the computer, IT and digital professions, and an extensive retraining plan for 8,000 people.
