Additional one-off payment of €500 to cope with ongoing price increases

Intesa Sanpaolo is again providing concrete support to its people with a one-off payment of €500, requested by the trade unions, in response to the current price increases.

The measure affects 70,000 Group employees working in Italy, excluding management, and testifies to Intesa Sanpaolo's constant attention and close relationship with its people, whose professionalism and competence are the basis of its leadership.

The initiative follows and builds on the extraordinary contribution of €500 for the Group's people in Italy and abroad decided last July.

The total aid for the Group's people thus amounts to €87 million, if the €50 million of the previous measure is summed with the current €37 million.
