Minibond of €3 mln for PMG for sustainable mobility projects for the vulnerable

The image accompanying the News on the € 3 million minibond issued by PMG Italia, the Italian Benefit Corporation leader in sustainable mobility for the most vulnerable, portrays a smiling young man in informal clothes in a wheelchair, accompanied by a young woman with whom he is talking, in front of a white vehicle used for the transport of several people.

Intesa Sanpaolo has subscribed a €3 million minibond issued by PMG Italia, a guaranteed mobility Benefit Corporation: the loan will enable the Bologna-based company to implement and develop its fleet of vehicles for the sustainable mobility of the most vulnerable members of the community, an area in which it leads Italy with over 900 vehicles in circulation and more than 700 municipalities and bodies involved.

The minibond was fully subscribed by Intesa Sanpaolo, which also acted as arranger of the transaction, and 80% guaranteed by the Central Guarantee Fund, as part of public measures to support resilience and business development following the pandemic.

Since its transformation into a Benefit Corporation in 2020, PMG Italia studies, proposes and implements projects aimed at promoting social equity, care for the common good and taking responsibility for sustainability issues.
