Intesa Sanpaolo is allocating €100 million to support businesses in the agricultural sector in central and southern Italy that suffered damage as a result of the inclement weather that struck the area.

Companies can also apply for a suspension of principal payments for up to 12 months and five-year loans with a two-year grace period at subsidised terms.

The measures are available via a simplified procedure and represent concrete, timely intervention to provide financial support for a swift return to normality.

The initiative is aimed at the regions of Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Basilicata, Molise, Puglia, Calabria, Campania, Sicily and Sardinia.

Branches and specialists of the Agribusiness Department are available to provide information and assistance.
