Corporate welfare and sustainable growth: €4.5mln for Fonderie Acciaierie Roiale

Fonderie Acciaierie Roiale – FAR in Udine, which provides for a welfare program for employees thanks to a collective policy for seven types of serious illnesses, portrays a worker engaged in a welding operation

Intesa Sanpaolo is providing an S-Loan of €4.5 million to support the development plan of Udine-based Fonderie Acciaierie Roiale (FAR), that includes:

  • ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) improvement goals
  • pursuit of a sustainable growth policy
  • employee welfare programmes
  • taking out a collective policy for the protection of employees, covering seven types of serious illness

S-Loans are medium-to-long-term financing designed to support companies in their sustainable transitions, characterised by a pricing mechanism that rewards the achievement of specific ESG objectives.
