Intesa Sanpaolo has signed an agreement with NWG Energia S.p.A. for the sale-back of tax credits related to the Construction Bonus and Superbonus with a tax value of over €33 million.

The transaction with NWG Energia, a trader of renewable energies on the Italian market, concurs to the expansion of the Bank's tax capacity and the restart of the tax credit resale market, benefiting individuals and companies, by implementing the Aid Decree.

Intesa Sanpaolo has purchased over €16 billion in tax credits, accounting for nearly 50% of the financial intermediaries purchase market, and has signed resale contracts worth €6.5 billion, freeing up tax capacity immediately.
