Intesa Sanpaolo confirmed in Refinitiv Diversity & Inclusion Index 2021

Thanks to its commitment to the inclusion and development of its people, Intesa Sanpaolo was confirmed in the Diversity and Inclusion Index, ranking in 50th place, an improvement on the 76th place in 2020.
Intesa Sanpaolo is the only Italian bank present and is the sixth in the world.
Refinitiv's thematic index includes the top 100 listed companies in the world that have distinguished themselves as more inclusive and attentive to diversity in the workplace. It is based on 24 parameters that can be traced back to four key categories: gender diversity, inclusion, people development and disputes.
