The Diversity Brand Summit 2023 rewards Intesa Sanpaolo
Intesa Sanpaolo has been included in the Top 10 of the Diversity Brand Index, which includes the 10 brands that during 2022 contributed the most to creating the conditions for a wider diffusion of the culture of inclusion within the context in which they operate.
The index, presented during the 6th edition of the Diversity Brand Summit held on Thursday 2 February, is constructed by combining the results of a survey on consumer and market perceptions with the assessments expressed by a multi-university and international Scientific Committee on initiatives implemented by companies in 2022.
Intesa Sanpaolo's entry into the Top 10 also arrived thanks to the contribution of the YEP - Young Women Empowerment Program, considered an initiative with a high inclusive value and of which Intesa Sanpaolo has been the main partner since its first edition.
YEP is a program to enhance female talent, developed by Intesa Sanpaolo in collaboration with Ortygia Business School, which provides for a mentoring process aimed at bringing young female students from Southern Italy closer to the world of work, benefiting - through individual coaching - from the experience of women managers and professionals.
Intesa Sanpaolo has been involved in the project since its first edition and, as main partner, has the opportunity to generate a positive impact on the largest number of female students expected: 40 mentees accompanied by 40 mentors.
