Executive Programme Luiss - Intesa Sanpaolo

Last November 13, the Executive Programme in Supervision, Governance and Strategy of Financial Intermediaries was launched in partnership with Luiss Business School.

The globalization of the markets, the development of the financial system and the continuous evolution of the supervisory and control rules have determined new balances and new operating conditions in the world of financial intermediaries.
The digitalization of business tools and processes, in addition to that of intermediation channels, has brought new elements of attention to the panorama of controls and risk management. Market risks, risks from new instruments and new channels, financial risks, legal risks, all events with a strong impact on the experience of financial intermediaries.

Such a complex, articulated and dynamic context requires a careful reflection on the impacts of regulation on the economic and production system.
It also requires qualified professionals, capable of governing processes and tools to identify risks and behaviors that are not consistent with the regulation of financial intermediaries.
Training these figures is the objective set by the Executive Programme in Governance, Supervision and Strategy of Financial Intermediaries, promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo in partnership with the Luiss Business School.
The partnership with the Luiss Business School stems from shared values that promote corporate culture based on principles of honesty and respect for legality and fairness in business. Hence the proposal of the Executive Programme in Governance, Supervision and Strategy of Financial Intermediaries.

What about the program?
It is an executive programme that will provide participants with an in-depth analysis of the regulatory framework of the financial system, as well as a wealth of useful skills to move in the world of intermediation aware of the opportunities and limits imposed by the rules and with the awareness of the risks and impacts produced on the entire economic and production system.
The multidisciplinary teaching structure will allow participants to acquire and improve their critical and synthesis skills to exchange views on aspects of corporate finance, on compliance related to the various regulatory areas, but also on more core aspects such as business diversification, profitability of decisions and investment choices, customer satisfaction, the value of the intermediary on the market, the brand recognition of its products and services.
In short, the professional figure trained by the Executive Programme will have technical-specialist skills, but also a strategic vision that will allow him to increase the quality of his decisions.
