Electronic proxy notice

Electronic submission of the proxy is permitted before the Shareholders' Meeting through use of the attached form (or alternatively to the e-mail address notifica.delega@intesasanpaolo.com, providing the same information and attaching a copy of the proxy).

The electronic proxy notice form was active up to the end of the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 April 2017.
