Electronic proxy notice

Electronic submission of the proxy is permitted before the Meeting through use of the attached form (or alternatively to the e‐mail address notifica.delega@intesasanpaolo.com, providing the same information and attaching a copy of the proxy).

The electronic proxy notice form was active up to the end of the Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders of 1 December 2017.
