How to participate

In compliance with Article 106, paragraph 4, of Decree Law no. 18 dated 17 March 2020, converted by Law no. 27 dated 24 April 2020, the effects of which were most recently extended by Law no. 26 dated 27 February 2026, the Company decided to avail itself of the option establishing that participation in, and voting at, the Shareholders’ Meeting shall only be allowed through the Designated Representative pursuant to Article 135-undecies of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.

In accordance with applicable regulations (Article 135‐undecies of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998), Intesa Sanpaolo has designated Computershare S.p.A. as its "Designated Representative".

Other methods of Shareholders’ participation in the Meeting are not permitted.
