Shareholders' questions pursuant to Article 127-ter TUF and related answers and written statements submitted by shareholders on the items on the Agenda

Questions submitted by Intesa Sanpaolo shareholders in relation to the Meeting of 30 April 2026, pursuant to Article 127-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (TUF - Consolidated Law on Finance), together with answers provided by the Company, and written statements on the items on the agenda, are published in this section.
 

In line with indications included in the notice of call of the Meeting and relevant regulations, the Company provides answers to questions submitted in accordance with the methods specified in the notice of call:
- on the items of the agenda;
- received by the set deadline of 21 April 2026 at the addresses shown in the notice of call;
- in respect of which the Company has received notices certifying entitlement to exercise the right or to participate in the Meeting within the deadline.

In the same manner, in line with indications included in the notice of call of the Meeting, the Company makes available to the public in a specific section of the website written statements sent in accordance with the methods specified in the notice of call:
- on the items of the agenda;
- received by the set deadline of 21 April 2026 at the addresses shown in the notice of call;
- in respect of which the Company has received notices certifying entitlement to exercise the right or to participate in the Meeting within the deadline.

In any case, it is specified that the Company is not responsible for the assertions and assessments contained in the questions and in written statements published.
