Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (the "Bank" or "Controller"), in its capacity as Data Controller for the processing of personal information, shall provide certain information regarding the use of such personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "regulation").
Personal data recorded, and any additional personal data that could be acquired and processed for the management of the "Dialogue with investors", will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the satisfaction of your specific request.
Users that register in the "Email and SMS alert" or "Dialogue with investors" service, will create a password that will enable them to visualize, modify and, if necessary, eliminate their data following specific instructions provided for this purpose by accessing the Alert Center.
Personal Data are processed by the Data Controller via manual and ITC instruments with logics which are closely correlated to the purposes of the processing and, in any case, so to ensure the security and confidentiality of such information, in compliance with the regulations in force.
Your Personal Data will be kept by the Bank for the duration of the subscription to the service and up to possible withdrawal from it and will be subsequently deleted permanently from the archives, except for data that may need to be kept in fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations or community legislation.
To offer the requested service the Bank, in addition to Group companies, may avail itself of external parties, even located abroad, and in particular of providers of services correlated with the processing carried out by the Data Controller (for example website management and maintenance, telecom providers to transmit messages etc.). A detailed and updated list of such third parties is available upon request.
Your Personal Data are processed by the Bank within the territory of the European Union and are not disclosed. If necessary, for technical or operational reasons, the Bank reserves the right to transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations, vis-à-vis the "adequacy" decisions of the European Commission or based on one of the appropriate safeguards or specific derogations provided by Chapter V of Regulation.
In your capacity as Data subject, you may exercise, at any time towards the Data Controller, the rights set forth by Regulation (right of access, rectification cancellation, treatment limitation, data portability, opposition) by sending a specific request in writing to the email address dpo@intesasanpaolo.com or by mail to the address Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Piazza San Carlo, 156 - 10121 Turin.
