Further to the approval of all relevant Supervisory Authorities, Banca Intesa and Gilex Holding B.V., a Dutch holding of the Gilinski group of companies, have finalised the transfer of the 73.60% stake in Banco Sudameris Colombia owned by Gruppo Intesa through Banque Sudameris SA. UBS Investment Bank has advised Banca Intesa in this transaction.
