INTESA SANPAOLO: STANDARD & POOR’S LOWERS LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM RATINGS
Torino, Milano, 23 April 2010 – Intesa Sanpaolo informs that today Standard & Poor’s lowered long-term rating to A+ (from AA-) and short-term rating to A-1 (from A-1+) assigned to Intesa Sanpaolo. The outlook changed to stable from negative.
