PRELIOS: SIGNING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT
 

Milan, 25 October 2010 - As previously announced, Assicurazioni Generali, Camfin, Edizione, Intesa Sanpaolo, Massimo Moratti and Mediobanca today signed a shareholders’ agreement regarding Prelios shares equal to approximately 21.3% of the share capital of Prelios.

The parties agreed that UniCredit can subsequently join the above mentioned agreement, provided that UniCredit underwrites a portion of a capital increase that the Board of Directors of Prelios could resolve upon, in execution of the mandate given to it by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Prelios held on July 15, 2010.
