INTESA SANPAOLO: NEWS IN THE PRESS ON A POSSIBLE CAPITAL INCREASE

 

Torino, Milano, 1 April 2011 – With reference to news in the press today regarding a possible capital increase, Intesa Sanpaolo communicates - at Consob’s request - that the Group’s stance on this issue will be made public after the meetings of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board scheduled for 5 April 2011 to approve the Business Plan.
