INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY’S DOWNGRADES BANK FINANCIAL STRENGTH RATING AND LONG-TERM RATING
Torino, Milano, 6 May 2011 – Intesa Sanpaolo informs that today Moody’s downgraded the Bank Financial Strength rating to C+ (from B-) and the long-term rating to Aa3 (from Aa2) assigned to Intesa Sanpaolo. The P-1 short-term rating was confirmed. The outlook is stable.
