INTESA SANPAOLO: SUPERVISORY BOARD
Torino, Milano, 6 September 2011 – The Intesa Sanpaolo Supervisory Board, chaired by Giovanni Bazoli, in today’s meeting verified - on the basis of the declarations made by Professor Eugenio Pavarani - that he meets the independence requirements set forth in the Corporate Governance Code promoted by the Italian Stock Exchange. Professor Pavarani joined the Supervisory Board on 20 July 2011 in substitution of Professor Ferdinando Targetti.
As of today, within the Supervisory Board’s internal Committees Professor Jean-Paul Fitoussi replaces Professor Ferdinando Targetti in the Strategy Committee and Professor Eugenio Pavarani replaces Professor Jean-Paul Fitoussi in the Financial Statements Committee.
