INTESA SANPAOLO: FITCH AFFIRMS THE BANK'S RATINGS AND REVISES OUTLOOK TO NEGATIVE FROM STABLE
Torino, Milano, 27 September 2011 – Intesa Sanpaolo announces that today Fitch has affirmed the Bank’s AA- long-term debt rating, F1+ short-term debt rating and aa- viability rating. The rating agency has revised its outlook for the Bank to negative from stable.
