INTESA SANPAOLO: SUPERVISORY BOARD
Torino, Milano, April 26th 2012 – The Intesa Sanpaolo Supervisory Board, in today’s meeting, has acknowledged Gianluca Ferrero’s resignation from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board, with effect from April 27th 2012. This decision is in compliance with the provisions of art. 36 of Legislative Decree 201/2011, converted with amendments into Law 214/2011, “Tutela della concorrenza e partecipazioni personali incrociate nei mercati del credito e finanziari” (“Safeguarding competition and personal cross-shareholdings in banking and other financial markets”).
In accordance with art. 23.9 of the Articles of Association, the resigning board member will be replaced on the occasion of the Shareholders’ Meeting convened on single call for May 28th 2012.
The entire Supervisory Board expressed its warm thanks to Gianluca Ferrero for his valuable contribution and solid commitment.
