INTESA SANPAOLO: SUBMISSION OF THE SECOND LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR THE POSTS OF SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS
Turin - Milan, March 22nd 2013 - Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that the second list of candidates for the appointment of Supervisory Board members for financial years 2013/2014/2015 - on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting summoned for April 22nd 2013 - was today filed with the Company’s registered office and made public at the Company’s registered office and at Borsa Italiana and published on the website group.intesasanpaolo.com, in accordance with regulations in force. The filed list is completed with the required documents including a declaration certifying the existence or non existence of any relationships of affiliation, the candidature acceptance declaration, and a description of the candidate’s personal and professional characteristics.
The second list is made up of 10 candidates for the posts of Supervisory Board members, consecutively numbered (see below) and was submitted by shareholders
- Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, with registered office in Padova, Piazza Duomo 15,
- Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, with registered office in Firenze, Via Bufalini 6,
- Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, with registered office in Bologna, Via Farini 15,
holding overall 1,528,403,674 shares, representing 9.859% of the ordinary share capital, and also proposing that the number of Supervisory Board members to be appointed be 19:
