PRESS RELEASE
With reference to reports which have appeared in the press today and latest press release issued by Telecom Italia, at the request of market regulator Consob, Telco informs that there have not been contacts of any nature, not even on informal basis, with the Hutchison Whampoa group nor with Telecom Italia and that no documents exchange occurred on the subject matter.
In addition, Telco informs that, to the best of its knowledge, Telco shareholders did not have recent contacts, not even on informal basis, with the Hutchison Whampoa group nor with Telecom Italia and that no documents exchange occurred on the subject matter.
