INTESA SANPAOLO: RCS MEDIAGROUP CAPITAL INCREASE

 

Turin - Milan, July 5th 2013 – With reference to the RCS Mediagroup capital increase, Intesa Sanpaolo - at Consob’s request - communicates that the Bank has exercised 5,414,650 option rights and now holds a total number of 21,763,393 RCS Mediagroup ordinary shares. This will constitute 5.018% of the new ordinary share capital in case of full subscription of the capital increase.
