INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY'S AFFIRMS THE BANK’S LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM RATINGS
Turin - Milan, July 25th 2013 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Moody’s has affirmed the Bank’s ‘Baa2’ long-term rating and its ‘P-2’ short-term rating. Moreover, Moody’s has lowered the Bank’s standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) to ‘D+’ from ‘C-’. The outlook remains negative.
Intesa Sanpaolo’s long- and short-term ratings are at the same level as, and capped at, the Italian sovereign ratings.
