INTESA SANPAOLO TO ANNUL ITS GOVERNMENT-GUARANTEED BONDS
Turin - Milan, March 7th 2014 – Notice is hereby given that, having obtained the necessary authorisations, Intesa Sanpaolo on March 11th 2014 will annul in full its bonds - listed below - which have been guaranteed by the Republic of Italy pursuant to art. 8 of decree-law 201 of December 6th 2011 converted with amendments by law 214 of December 22nd 2011.
