Turin - Milan, January 30th 2015 – Notice is hereby given that on January 30th 2015, the minutes of the Management Board meeting held on January 27th 2015 were made available at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the 1Info authorised storage device. At the aforementioned meeting, the Management Board approved – pursuant to art. 2505-bis, par. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, as provided for by art. 17.2 of the Articles of Association – the partial demerger of Intesa Sanpaolo Group Services S.c.p.A. in favour of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A..
On January 30th 2015, the aforementioned minutes were registered in the Company Register.
