INTESA SANPAOLO: SUSPENSION FROM THE POST OF SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER


Turin - Milan, 10 February 2016 - Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Supervisory Board member Monica Schiraldi has today informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board that she has suspended herself from the post of Board member with immediate effect. Ms Schiraldi has made this decision in order to better protect her position and clarify all circumstances with respect to her personal involvement in matters unrelated to the Group.
