Turin - Milan, 3 May 2016 - Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the Articles of Association were made available today at the Bank’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage and on the website group.intesasanpaolo.com.
The Articles of Association were approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 26 February 2016, were registered in the Turin Company Register on 14 March 2016 and became effective in full on 27 April 2016 upon renewal of the new corporate bodies that were appointed at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on the same date.
