The Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 23 November 2016 following the new composition of the Bank’s share capital after the finalisation of the merger by incorporation of Casse di Risparmio dell’Umbria S.p.A. into Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A..
