INTESA SANPAOLO: DBRS HAS LOWERED THE BANK’S LONG-TERM RATING, VIEWING THE TREND AS STABLE,
AFTER SIMILAR ACTION ON ITALY
Turin - Milan, 20 January 2017 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that DBRS has lowered the Bank’s long-term rating from A (low) to BBB (high), with a Stable trend, and confirmed its R-1 (low) short-term rating with a Stable trend.
This follows a similar action concerning the ratings of the Republic of Italy, announced by DBRS on 13 January 2017.
The Bank’s ratings are now in line with the ratings of the Republic of Italy.
