INTESA SANPAOLO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Turin - Milan, 8 November 2019 – Intesa Sanpaolo announces that Giovanni Gorno Tempini has today tendered his resignation, with immediate effect, from the post of Board Director, due to his appointment, today, as Chairman of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
Giovanni Gorno Tempini, an independent Board Director, was a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Committee for transactions with related parties of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and associated entities of the Group – internal committees of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
To the extent of the Company’s knowledge, Board Director Giovanni Gorno Tempini does not hold Intesa Sanpaolo shares as at the date of his resignation.
