Turin - Milan, 10 June 2020 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 10 June 2020 following the amendment approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on 27 April 2020, regarding the powers granted to the Board of Directors to approve a share capital increase for a consideration (aumento del capitale sociale a pagamento) to serve the prior Public Exchange Offer (offerta pubblica di scambio preventiva) for all the ordinary shares of Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A..
