Turin - Milan, 19 June 2020 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 19 June 2020 following the Board of Directors’ resolution of 16 June 2020, in execution of the powers granted at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 April 2020, regarding the increase of the share capital for a consideration (aumento del capitale sociale a pagamento) to serve the prior Public Exchange Offer (offerta pubblica di scambio preventiva) for all the ordinary shares of Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A..
