INTESA SANPAOLO: S&P GLOBAL RATINGS AFFIRMS THE BANK’S RATINGS AND IMPROVES OUTLOOK FROM NEGATIVE TO STABLE

Turin - Milan, 11 March 2021 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that S&P Global Ratings has affirmed the Bank’s ‘BBB’ long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and improved its outlook from negative to stable, now in line with the outlook on Italy. The ‘A-2’ short-term rating has been affirmed.
