INTESA SANPAOLO: S&P GLOBAL RATINGS REVISES OUTLOOK FROM STABLE TO POSITIVE AND
AFFIRMS RATINGS

Turin - Milan, 23 November 2021 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that today S&P Global Ratings has affirmed the Bank’s ‘BBB’ long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and revised its outlook from stable to positive. The ‘A-2’ short-term rating has been affirmed.

This follows a similar action on Italy disclosed by S&P on 22 October 2021.
