INTESA SANPAOLO: CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL
Turin - Milan, 1 July 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates the new composition of its subscribed and paid-in share capital resulting from the execution of the capital increases, on 30 June 2022, under the 2022-2025 LECOIP 3.0 Long-term Incentive Plan based on financial instruments.
The certificate of capital increase was filed with the Turin Company Register on 1 July 2022. On 30 June 2022, 546,972,658 Intesa Sanpaolo ordinary shares were issued, without nominal value, having regular entitlement as coupon 47. This raised the share capital from 10,084,445,147.92 euro to 10,368,870,930.08 euro divided into 19,977,435,963 ordinary shares without nominal value, as shown in the table below.
