INTESA SANPAOLO: S&P GLOBAL RATINGS AFFIRMS THE BANK'S RATINGS AND REVISES OUTLOOK
FROM POSITIVE TO STABLE FOLLOWING SIMILAR ACTION ON ITALY'S OUTLOOK

Turin - Milan, 29 July 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that S&P Global Ratings has affirmed the Bank’s ‘BBB’ long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and has revised its outlook from positive to stable. The ‘A-2’ short-term rating has been affirmed.

The outlook revision follows a similar action on Italy’s outlook, announced by S&P Global Ratings on 26 July 2022.
