INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY’S CHANGES OUTLOOK FROM STABLE TO POSITIVE AND AFFIRMS RATINGS

Turin - Milan, 28 May 2025 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Moody’s has affirmed the Bank’s ‘Baa1’ long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and changed its outlook from stable to positive. The ‘P-2’ short-term rating has been affirmed.

This follows a similar action on Italy’s outlook disclosed by Moody’s on 23 May 2025.
