INTESA SANPAOLO: S&P GLOBAL RATINGS REVISES OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE FROM STABLE
AND AFFIRMS RATINGS

Turin - Milan, 2 February 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that S&P Global Ratings has affirmed the Bank’s ‘BBB+’ long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and has revised its outlook to positive from stable. The ‘A-2’ short-term rating has been affirmed.

The outlook revision follows a similar action on Italy, announced by S&P Global Ratings on 30 January 2026.

No material impact on the Bank’s financials is expected.
