INTESA SANPAOLO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Turin - Milan, 1 February 2026 – Due to the protracted working session of today, the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo will meet again tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. to approve consolidated results for the year 2025 (also proposing net income allocation) and the Business Plan. In respect of the above, a press release will be duly issued before the start of the presentation to the market, scheduled at 10:00 a.m.
